Our no-show + late policies are as follows. By checking the box, you agree to these policies and acknowledge that we will charge you for the total ticket price. NO SHOW POLICY: If you schedule an appointment + do not show up for your scheduled appointment, we will charge your card on file 100% of the total ticket price. You are considered a no-show 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. LATE CANCEL POLICY: We charge 100% of the total ticket price for less than 24 hours notice of canceling a scheduled appointment.

Matted Release *

During the check-in consultation, our groomer will assess your dog's coat. If it's too matted for the desired groom, we'll opt for a shave, prioritizing your dog's comfort over appearance. This decision will be communicated to you in advance. Severe matting close to the skin can create a breeding ground for bacteria, and shaving can uncover unforeseen issues. This release is meant to inform you that, while rare, nicks and scrapes may occur during this process. We will make every effort to ensure your dog's safety during dematting. By checking the box below, you acknowledge and release The Dog Salon from liability and confirm your understanding of our matted policy.

Color Release *

NOT ALL DYES ARE EQUAL. In our 10+ years of professional training and experimentation, we've learned a lot and only use safe, industry-standard dyes free from ammonia and peroxide. These dyes may still contain chemicals. By checking the box below, you release The Dog Salon and its staff from potential risks (like irritations or reactions) and any issues related to your dog ingesting dye during and after the process is complete. WE HAVE LIMITED CONTROL. Safe dyes don't always produce the desired outcome due to factors like coat texture and density. Some colors also fade faster. While we strive for your desired result, we can't guarantee it. By checking the box below, you acknowledge your understanding of this.
